Revised Terms and conditions for Student trainees of Omsairaj Driving school
Please read everything carefully
WEDNESDAY WEEKLY OFF
This is a SCHOOL. All the students(trainees) are requested to respect the School and Teachers(trainers) the way you use to respect yours.
No PERSON is allowed in the passenger seat of the vehicle at the time of training.
Direct walk-in will not be entertained (2 day prior slot booking is mandatory through appointment link ) OR you can directly call office the same day to request a free slot
A) SLOT BOOKING / APPOINTMENT / OFFLINE BOOKING
• Slot booking or appointment for training should be taken compulsory online through link.
• Availability of appointment is totally based on First come First serve basis. so please book your schedule for 2 days in advance.
• Student can reschedule / cancel appointment through appointment confirmation received on email.
• We always send a timetable update in WhatsApp timetable group if student forgets to book a slot he /she can always see the next days timetable and request for a slot offline
• If the student is unable to book slot online he/she can always opt out for offline booking I.e calling the management everyday and requesting for a particular slot
• As per our policy Absentees do not count but student has to inform the school oneday prior about their absentee period and the reason. (Return Confirmation from school management is mandatory)
• Any Changes in your slot or any kind of communication should be done directly to the management. DO NOT INFORM / SEND MESSAGE THROUGH TRAINER. YOU CAN ALWAYS DM US ON WHATSAPP
• If student is absent for minimum one day without informing school, then the absentee will be counted
• If student is absent for minimum one day or more, student has to compulsory inform the re-joining day and time one day prior only.
• Duration of per class is 25-30 mins if the student is late to class student will be given only the remaining class time for eg: of student is 5 mins late he/she will get only 2025mins.
if the training vehicle or trainer is late for class then the student will be provided with exact
25-30 mins (it will only happen if the previous student is late or school vehicle has any
maintenance issue
• 21 days of training has to be completed within 45 days. Except for those who have kept balance classes for final license test.
• 15 days of training has to be completed within 30 days. Except for those who have kept balance classes for final license test.
• Driving School is only responsible to teach you the techniques of driving a car (syllabus provided by RTO), after the course completion continuity (practice) on student vehicle is important for gaining confidence. If the student does not keep continuity driving school will not be responsible for students failure for driving.
• Driving school has all the rights to terminate/suspend a particular student if they dont adhere to our terms and conditions.
• 6) Cars : As per our policy we provide all types of cars for training. All available cars will be changed as per your Chapter requirement. If you want to train on a particular type of car then the fees will be charged extra + 2000 per sedan ; + 5000 per SUV/XUV.
B) Fees / Refund / Vehicles
1) Fees once paid is non refundable at any cost.
2) Fees for Training only (practice only) has to be paid in full at the time of admission or within 3 days of admission
3) Late fees payment will incur charges 5% per day of the balance amount
4) Fees for Training + license service has to be paid as follows : i.e 80% at the time of admission & 20% when we apply for permanent license test.
5) if the student fails to pay the fees on time driving school will terminate/suspend their classes then and their till students balance payment is made
6) if the student fails to pay the permanent test fees driving school will terminate the permanent test procedure till the payment is not cleared
7) No Refund is given to the students after 3 days of admission.
8) Any Damaged cause to the vehicle due to students negligence (like sudden braking and disobeying command etc) will be responsibility of student entirely.
C) Two wheeler training
1) we teach our vehicle (schools vehicle) till you know how to drive our vehicle, remaining days you will have to bring your vehicle as you will be driving your vehicle only. When student will bring his/her vehicle he/she will bear the responsibility of the vehicle (dont ask cheap questions like who will bear the petrol charge ?)
2) Scooty training is not allowed on open traffic roads or pedestrian pron areas.
3) only the techniques , tricks and tips of driving scooty is been taught by our respective driving school.
4) Student has to compulsory wear Helmet and Knee elbow guard while training.
5) Use of heels is recommended for Female trainees

D) Learning and permanent test or ANY RTO services
1) Driving License is provided by Respected RTO . Driving school will only provide Assistance in license process. Driving school will not be responsible for any mistake done by respective RTO & their authorities.
2) After 30 days of Learning license student receives a message from RTO for application of final Driving test. Driving school will not be responsible if you fail to give final test within 6 months. (Every student has to remember their learning license eligibility date)
3) Duration of Fresher license process takes minimum 45 days to maximum 90 days
4) Student has to bring their own vehicle on the day of permanent test (exception will be only made if the student has acquired the particular class of vehicle training from our respective driving school that to student has to inform one day prior to the respective school branch)
5) For Balance classes for permanent test students are requested to contact the respective branch 4-5 days prior of the test date.
6) if the student fails in learning license test or permanent license student will have to pay retest fees + penalty charges to the respective driving school .
7) on the day of learning license test student has to bring their original documents which they already submitted as copy to the driving school and visiting driving school prior to learning license test is mandatory.
8) on the day of permanent license test student has to bring their original learning license and visiting driving school prior to permanent test is mandatory.
9) Driving school theory and learning license test are not connected in any way . For learning license test study material student should contact the respective branch.

E) Trainer / Masters
1) Students are requested to only keep professional relationship with your respective trainer
2) If student lends money or any other valuable things to trainer, Driving school will not take responsibility of such behaviour.
3) If the trainer's behaviour or conduct is not good student are requested to complaint the same to the respective owner/management of the school on the same day.
4) Driving school has all the rights to change the trainer as per their convenience.
5) If the student do not listen or adhere to trainers command the trainer has all the right to stop the training on the spot. (Safety is our first priority)
6) Even after proper command and training if the student is still scared / frightened of driving the vehicle driving school will not be responsible for their further training.
7) If any trainer/student is found eating gutkha / chewing tobacco at the time of training he/she will be suspended/terminated without giving any prior notice.
F) Confidentiality
a. All training materials and information provided by the school are confidential and may not be shared without explicit permission.
b. No student data is been given to 3 Rd party without students permission
G) Google Review policy
1. If any student tries to post a bad review on our Google page without getting their facts checked or trying to communicate and solve the problem with manager or owner first , he/she will be given notice under section 499 of the Indian law for defamation of our organisation.
2. He /she will be terminated with immediate effect and wont be liable for any refund after 3 days of admission date.
H) Termination:
IF ANY STUDENT DISAGREES WITH ABOVE GIVEN TERMS & CONDITIONS HE/SHE HAS ALL THE RIGHTS TO TERMINATE THE ADMISSION WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM ADMISSION DAY.
